Warehouse Associate - Los Angeles

About the Role

Warehouse Associates at Swiftship are the engine of our fulfilment operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of shipment types including commercial goods, electronics, and time-sensitive parcels.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and sort incoming freight
• Pick and pack outbound orders per manifest
• Operate pallet jacks and manual forklifts (training provided)
• Maintain accurate inventory count records
• Keep the warehouse floor clean and hazard-free
• Support driver dispatching during peak shift hours

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer literacy for scan systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team player with a positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Forklift certification
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Familiarity with WMS scan systems (e.g. Manhattan, SAP EWM)

• $18-$22/hr depending on experience
